Getting started
It is simple to set up your personal account and submit your abstract and/or clinical cases !
First of all, click on the button marked 'CLICK HERE FOR YOUR FIRST CONNEXION' and follow the steps:

1- Enter your email address. You will use this to log into your personal account each time you visit the website. 
2- Create your password. Your password should be easy for you to remember, something personal and at least 8 characters long. 
3- Enter your personal information. All boxes marked with "*" are mandatory information and you will not be able to save your details unless these are completed.
4- To finalise the procedure, please be sure to click on 'Submit for creating your personal  account', otherwise your information will not be saved.

IMPORTANT

Submission guidelines for ABSTRACTS

1- The abstract must be formatted to Oxford English, without mention of author or institution names.
2- The title should be indicative of the abstract content and be written in lower case and not in capital letters. Capital letters should be used only at the beginning of a sentence, and for proper nouns. Company or trade names, special symbols, characters and uncommon abbreviations are not permitted.
3- Author(s)’ name(s) and Affiliation(s), with a maximum of 10 co-authors can be listed in the abstract. The name of presenting author will have to be specified.
4- Abstract body should not exceed 300 words (about 2,250 characters including spaces).
5- The abstract content must be organized in a following structure :

• Objective(s)
• Material and Method
• Result(s)
• Conclusion

6- Please prepare your text in "Arial" font and copy/paste the text into the indicated field.
7- Tables are not accepted in the abstract submission and selection processes.
    Abstracts including any form of table will be rejected and will not enter the selection process.
8- Once the closing date has passed, you will not be able to modify your abstract.


Submission guidelines for CLINICAL CASES
1- Clinical case presentations must be formatted to Oxford English, without mention of author or institution names.
2- Please download the AICT 2017 Powerpoint template that should be used: Template
3- Only .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx formats are accepted.
4- Your presentation must not exceed a maximum of 12 slides and feature fixed images only (no videos).
5- The presentation title should be indicative of the clinical case content and be written in lower case and not in capital letters. Capital letters should be used only at the beginning of a sentence and for proper nouns. Company or trade names, special symbols, characters and uncommon abbreviations are not permitted.
6- Author(s)’ name(s) and Affiliation(s), with a maximum of 10 co-authors can be listed. The name of presenting author will have to be specified.
7- No patient, author or institution names should feature in any part of the presentation.
8- Recommended content:

• First 1-2 slides: Brief history / Indication
• Next 4-6 slides: Angiogram of the case, complication, management
• Last 1-2 slides: Conclusion and/or learning points of the case.9- Failure to comply with the above guidelines will disqualify your submission.

10- Once the closing date has passed, you will not be able to modify your clinical case.

Selection process
Evaluation of submissions will be based on quality, clarity, relevance and educational value for the audience.

Notification of the results
Results will be available online by Friday September 22, 2017.
All authors should log in to their account to see the decision of the Committee.
Selected clinical case presenters will need to confirm their participation and to register for the congress before October 1, 2017.
Discounted early-bird registration rate will be extended to all presenters.

Best abstract @ clinical case award
Best abstracts & best clinical case presenters at the AICT Congress 2017 will receive a cash award and certificate.


Registration
All selected presenting authors must register and pay the registration fees (early-bird registration rate) for the 13th Asian Interventional Cardiovascular Therapeutics Congress: http://www.aict-congress.com/ before October 1, 2017.

All presenters will arrange and pay for their own flight, accommodation and transport to AICT congress.
